Our team are driven to achieve high standards of service delivery for our customers. We do this though an introspective assessment of our ticketing and customer sentiment, taking into account any useful feedback and critique that helps us push for our best performance.
Our future plans are to establish a recognisable and professional standard of ITSMS that suits our service and our customers. We aim to revise our own policy and process during 2023 to include selected aspects of ISO20000 and ITIL as we see fit, with a more detailed review planned for 2024.
