Today
We have a policy in place that governs our approach to ISMS based on well-founded professional principles.
This policy is subject to quarterly review for continuous improvement and harmonisation with day-to-day service delivery.
As a fully cloud-based businesses offering remote support, our primary focus is ensuring end-to-end security in all of the systems we use to deliver our service to our customers. This includes scrutinising and understanding the nature of the vendor platforms that form the backbone of our service delivery
Future planning
Our aim is to be accredited to ISO27001 in 2024. This process begins with modifying our own policy in ways that align more closely to ISO27001 principles. Our first milestone is therefore to modify our own policy and process to be faithful to the ISO27001 standard before the end of 2023. The second milestone to be full certification as ISO27001 compliant during 2024.
