Indiko Data is registered as a Living Wage employer. This means we are committed to ensuring that all of our employees, either permanent, temporary or contractors, are paid more than the minimum wage. We have team members in the UK and also South Africa. And although South Africa does not have an equivalent to Living Wage, we make a commitment to ensure that we apply the same principle of paying a premium over the minimum wage set by the South African government.
Although Indiko Data is not large enough to be required to issue an annual Modern Slavery statement, we have a Modern Slavery policy in place.
